	Product Training at Sherwood Scientific UK Farida Win has attended Product Training at the Sherwood Scientific in Cambridge, UK in the first week of December 2014. Siberhegindo has sold quite a large number of Sherwood Scientific products predominantly Flame Photometers successfully in Indonesia since 1999 (over 15 years now) and it is now time for our staff to update the product knowledge due to growing technology. Farida has been trained intensively hands on by Mr. Jon Copsey who is highly experienced Senior Product Manager and Ms. Karen Lee throughout the training. Since Farida has studied in Australian University for almost four years she is able to follow the product training well and able to give updated technical supports to our Indonesian customers and Sherwood products users more efficiently. 	MAAG Vacorex MR Retrofit Pump One of our routine polyester customers has technically accepted and agreed to order within August 2014, Maag Vacorex VX 180MR retrofit pump amounting to CHF 200,000 ++ to replace their existing old Vacorex VX 140/140 pump. VX 180MR production capacity is 230 to 250 ton per day and without much extra site changes it can replace VX 140/140. MAAG has many experience to handle such debottlenecking process with handful of other customers in Indonesia in replacing VX 180/180 with VX 240MR or VX 280MR pump within Indonesia. Since we are aware of many of our PET customers are quite often over running capacity when there is "high" PET demand. We recommend not to face "break down" in such a situation by replacing with bigger capacity pump in advance. Aluminium manufacturing company PT. Tembaga Mulia also ordered 1 Hydrolub Pump on 25 April 2013. We also received repeat order on 14th November 2012 for 2 Hydrolub Pumps from a Cement factory. Hydrolub gear pumps are extremely reliable pump units made from cast iron that satisfy the strict quality demands of industrial plants. In each production facility, there are key components that would stop production were they to fail. For this reason, priority is given to high-quality and reliable components when designing the process. Almost all PET and Cement factories in Indonesia use Maag Hydrolub pumps. 	Maag Extrex GP Pumps 2014 starts with a good order on 2nd January 2014 from a big BOPET sheets manufacturing company for MAAG  Extrusion Pump EX 56-5 GP and EX 140-5 as stand-by spare pumps. We delivered both pumps within February 2014. Same company ordered spare parts in May 2013. This company already has Maag Extrex 140-5 GP and Extrex 56-5 GP Extrusion pumps for their  BOPET sheet lines manufactured for packaging industries. Gear pumps optimise the extrusion process of thermoplastics since they ensure a constant flow of material, generate the required operating pressure and therefore relieve the extruder of pressure build-up. This increases the production plant's performance, improves the quality of the end product, thanks to lower melting temperatures and extends the extruder's lifetime.
